Owl’s Café

A nice café in a quiet neighborhood. The menu is on the pricier side. I got the Happiness rice meal, which is a bulgogi rice bowl, and an Iced Hazelnut. The bulgogi rice meal was delicious, the meat itself was soft and slightly spicy, and the serving was huge. I managed to finish it, but I think it's good for sharing between two persons. I think most of their meals are in big servings which are good for sharing. The drink could be better. I liked the space, modern with a touch of nature, the wood and plant elements made it feel warm and laid-back. The first floor is airconditioned, and they also have an al fresco dining area on the second floor. Cell signal was pretty bad inside the café and I needed to use the internet to send messages. I saw on my phone that they had wifi but I was disappointed that they actually don't offer free wifi, so it's not a good place to study, work, or tambay if you need internet.

My friends and I had a wonderful experience at Owl's Cafe! The food selection was fantastic – there was something for everyone, and the portions were perfect, leaving us satisfied without feeling overly stuffed. The interior of the cafe was cozy and inviting, with a great balance of modern design and nature. The abundance of greens and plants really gave the space a peaceful, homey feel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. I’ll definitely be returning for another visit! Highly recommend!

Been here 5 times already and the food never fails me. It's a small cafe in Divinagracia street, near CPU. Love their version of Gnocci pasta, Burgers, and Salad. Will be coming back again and again 'til I've tried every item on their menu. Mood inside is relaxing too when it's not crowded. Coffee drinks are ok for me, it's their food that's always a winner.

Deserves a 5 star rating! We enjoyed everything we ate. And the best part of all is that it’s a simple cafe. Nothing fancy, just homey. No wifi, which gave all of us a chance to catch up with each other. And we didn’t break the bank either because portions were good to share (unless you’re a heavy eater then one dish is for you. But there were 6 of us and we just ordered 1 kind of dish each to share and found ourselves full.) Really good service and it was only just 1 person serving us! (Only two tables were occupied but still. Thank you for the service!) We didnt try any drinks as none of us in the group were fond of cafe drinks so this rating is for food, service, and ambiance only. I pray this cafe lasts for a very long time. finally, a cafe that doesn’t serve the ordinary and pays attention to reasonable pricing. Pls don’t succumb to the way Iloilo City has been pricing their food. Keep it up!

I couldn’t believe there’s such a stylish and delicious café in this area—I was so glad to have found it! The homemade gnocchi was definitely the highlight. The chicken burger was also excellent, and the fries were freshly cooked and perfectly crispy. The drinks came in generous sizes, perfect for cooling down on a hot day. If I have the chance to visit Iloilo again, this café will definitely be on my list.
